People-driven professional focused on supporting careers development and branding; I've been living in the Netherlands for five years now, but I have global experiences - I lived in the UK (2012) for studies, and worked in Chile (2016) and Colombia (2018). I'm originally from Porto Alegre, South of Brazil and have been working on a small side project focused on bringing fashion design from Native Americans to Europe, giving back to Nature and indigenous communities.
With 13 years of experience in Talent, I've worked all my life in HR and Branding for big tech companies such as Zoom, Uber, ThoughtWorks and Dell.
Usually, I’m the one that comes up with creative problem solutions for challenges, uses different frameworks to change processes, and manages multiple projects at once.
